Purchase(s) must be for personal use. Please see the Find a Showroom button on this website (kohlerdreamrebate.ca) or speak to your KOHLER consultant for a list of qualifying KOHLER Distributor Showrooms. Rebate will be issued by mail in Canadian dollars in the form of a cheque. Rebate is not transferrable. For instructions on submitting your claim online, see instruc- tions at kohlerdreamrebate.ca. All claims must be submitted online at kohlerdreamrebate.ca and must be received by November 30, 2019. Late submissions will not be accepted. Proof of submission is not proof of receipt. Kohler is not responsible for lost or misdirected submissions or any failure or interruption of electronic communications. Claim must include a copy of your original sales receipt indicating a paid or zero balance, plus the showroom invoice with product details identifying the registered KOHLER Distributor Showroom name, the purchase date, and the part number(s) and price(s) of the product(s) purchased. All claims become the property of Kohler and will not be returned. This may not be combined with other of_fers. Limit one per household. All claims are subject to valida- tion. Kohler reserves the right to request additional information to validate any claim. Void where prohibited, taxed between $2,500 and $4,999 are eligible for a $250 rebate; purchases between $5,000 and $7,499 are eligible for a $500 rebate; purchases between $7,500 and $9,999 are eligible for a $750 rebate. Purchase of $10,000 or more is required for maximum rebate of $1,000.
