The rectangular backlit mirror has parallel frosted glass sides. The fluorescent bulbs shine through and radiate light back on the wall surface. The mirror can be hardwired to a wall switch or plugged into a recessed junction box behind the mirror. It is turned on and off with the toggle switch on the underside of the mirror frame.
